I’m doing a screening of a number of my short films from the past few years at Towson University on Monday, April 16th at 7:30pm.
If you’re in the Towson/Baltimore area, it would be great to have you at the screening!
Now or Neverland, a short film I am writing with actress EJ An (who played the lead in my film The Choi Family) has been named a finalist in the short screenplay competition at the Fusion Film Festival.
Winners will be announced in a ceremony on March 2, 2012.
In April of 2011, my short screenplay Maria and Joey, which tells the story of a single-mother’s fight to survive the flood waters of Hurricane Katrina, was a Finalist in the screenplay competition of the Ivy Film Festival.
Unfortunately, my screenplay did not win, but this was the first time my film writing had ever been recognized—at a festival or otherwise—so it was a great honor.
"The Garden" is being featured on the World Youth Alliance’s website because it embodies the organization’s mission and ideals.
